We offer Quality Skills Training for the youth in the communities and the villages.
Youth skills training which helps young people todevelop the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and leadership. Some skills that can be taught include technical skills, behavioural skills, essential skills and mentorship.
Technical Skills
Using computers, operating machinery, welding, carpentry, electricals and other trade skills.
Some strategies for the youth skills training include: Non-formal programs: Offer hands-on training in areas like vocational skills, craftsmanship, creative arts, and digital literacy
Behavioral Skills
Our comprehensive Skills Training program is designed to empower participants with the behavioral skills essential for success in today’s dynamic world.
Our Skills Training focuses on developing leadership, emotional intelligence, creativity, time management, conflict resolution, personal responsibility, persistence, and future orientation.
