Save Our Future Ghana (SOFGH) is a non-profit organization (NGO) that provides free but quality education, empowers and protects the rights of vulnerable and needy children in the Ghanaian community.
We were formed out of the cries of the vulnerable and less privileged with a vision to equip children with sound practical knowledge and passion to be agents of transformation today.
Save Our Future Ghana embarked on a project on 24th September 2012 which led to the establishment of Lady Diana School which currently operates under the NGO, Save Our Future Ghana (SOFGH).
Our main concern is the realization of sustainable development in which the children, teachers and the community are involved in positive activities that will ensure socio-economic welfare in the entire locality and ensure proper learning environment by providing habitable accommodation.
Although we are currently not been sponsored by the government, we believe our move is also in a way of assisting Government attain the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) by providing quality education at school.
Our Vision
To create an environment conducive enough for children of all classes of life, both privileged and the destitute to share ideas, experiences, and expertise and material things and to make sure that children feel as one for the common good of the nation and more.
Our Philosophy
We embrace humanitarianism in its widest sense, a commitment to improve lives of underprivileged children in Ghana, and active service to the community.
At SOFGH, our staffs work hard to make our core values a part of everything we do. The school is guided by a strong foundation in ethics and Christian morals. Over the last 8yrs, the community has witnessed incredible increase in school enrolment.
Through our house to house campaign the school has been able to convince a number of poor parents to enrol their children into pre-school to enable them engage in economic activities to cater for their families. It is a Christian school, established with the aim of providing quality education to children in Ghana.
The school has a total of three hundred (300) pupils. The school supports needy children with clothes, books and shoes whiles others are being sponsored by individuals and it is open to voluntary work by students during vacation. We organise "Let Them Smile Party on 25th December which is an annual programme that put smiles on the faces of the poor, the needy, street children, orphans and destitute in the community.
